our environmental policy

We believe in leading by example and making our environmental footprint as small as possible.

Travel - we only travel when we really need to, and when we do, we try to go by bike  and public transport rather than using the car

Premises - we have a zero waste policy where waste is recycled and reused as far as  possible, we aim to minimise energy use and our energy comes from renewable  sources on a green tariff

Procurement - we will source from ethical and environmentally sound suppliers –  checking their credentials and encouraging them to move to a more responsible  approach if necessary.

Printing - we will use electronic media where possible and recycled / FSC paper  where necessary

Monitoring - we monitor E2O's environmental footprint, reduce consumption where possible and  offset where necessary

Events - any events we run will be to a sustainable event standard (e.g., BS8901)

We believe in creating an innovative and fun working environment and will invest in our staff to ensure they remain both interested and interesting. We are working towards achieving the Carbon Trust Standard and adhering to the LOCOG Sustainable Sourcing Code.
